About PostNet Atlanta
PostNet Atlanta is a locally owned franchise providing printing, shipping, mailing, and business support services throughout Metro Atlanta. With three locations (and growing), we build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and creative solutions. We serve both business clients and individual consumers, from everyday shipping needs to complex commercial printing and marketing projects.
Position Overview
This hands-on role combines client relations, sales, and marketing. While the primary focus is growing our commercial printing business, you'll also support marketing initiatives that promote our core consumer services. Marketing and sales experience are certainly positives, but they are not required.
Above all else, this position is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and helping businesses grow. Success in this position requires outstanding people skills, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to learn.
This position is based primarily in our Buckhead location, where you'll work closely with the business owner. Some remote work is permitted and encouraged when appropriate.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Engagement
  • Serve as the primary contact and caretaker for existing business relationships through proactive communication and a strong understanding of each client's needs.
  • Receive print orders, gather job specifications, prepare estimates and quotations, and document production requirements.
  • Coordinate the smooth hand-off of customer orders to production personnel, ensuring specifications, expectations, and deadlines are clearly communicated.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.

Customer Acquisition
  • Help grow company revenues by cultivating new customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Network within the local business community to create awareness, develop relationships, and generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up with prospective customers, referrals, and existing contacts to convert opportunities into long-term clients.

Marketing
Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our commercial printing business and increase awareness of our core consumer services by:
  • Creating promotional materials, digital campaigns, and social media content.
  • Maintaining a consistent PostNet Atlanta brand across customer touchpoints.
  • Tracking the effectiveness of marketing tactics and recommending improvements.
  • Supporting local networking events and community outreach.

Additional Responsibilities
PostNet Atlanta is a growing business where everyone contributes to our success. While this position focuses on client relations, sales, and marketing, there will be times when your assistance with other operational or administrative tasks is expected. A willingness to jump in and help wherever necessary is an important part of being on our team.
Qualifications
Preferred (not required)
  • Marketing experience
  • Sales experience
  • Experience working with small businesses
  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Required Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Outstanding people skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Organization and time management
  • Problem solving
  • Professionalism and initiative

What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will become a trusted resource for our business clients while helping strengthen the PostNet Atlanta brand throughout the community.
Success in this role means seeing your efforts translate into measurable growth-increased customer relationships, stronger revenues, successful marketing initiatives, and print projects that come to life throughout our community. There is a unique sense of pride in helping a customer develop an idea and later seeing that finished product in the real world.
At PostNet, we offer careers for everyone! Whether you are just starting out, looking for that next great growth opportunity, or seeking a change, we have exciting roles to suit you.
We pride ourselves on our training programs in management, sales, operations, print, signs, design, and marketing. Join us with or without experience, and we will succeed together as a team!
We invite EVERYONE to apply!
*PostNet centers (locations) are independently owned and operated. The posted positions are offered by individual franchisees who interview, hire, manage and pay the employees hired for positions in a specific local location (center) through their specific business.
