Mon-Fri; 8a-430p Home Visits Therapy HCHB charting for visits Physical therapists (PTs) evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities. Using evidence-based practices to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote physical well-being.
