The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of roofing projects by managing resources, supplies, and communication between vendors, sales leaders, project managers, and subcontractors. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the timely and efficient allocation of materials, managing logistics, and supporting the seamless transition of jobs from the sales and planning stages to subcontractors for labor completion. The goal is to ensure that each roofing project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
Job Duty List:
Material Take Off:
  • Perform material take-offs based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials.
  • Update project records with material details and costs.

Project Scheduling:
  • Develop project schedules based on the scope of work.
  • Coordinate with project managers to align schedules with available resources.
  • Input and maintain project timelines in Service Titan.

Communication Handling:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project managers and salespeople.
  • Respond to inquiries, calls, and emails promptly.
  • Relay important project-related information to relevant stakeholders.

Collaboration with Project Managers:
