Description
The Corp Dev Integration Analyst will partner with Apple's Corporate Development team to deliver the successful integration of acquired companies globally. For each acquisition, this person will contribute to multiple integration work streams, build integration plans, review data, identify issues and drive decisions while coordinating with experts throughout Apple.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in post-merger integration or 4-6 years experience in project management, preferred.
Engage in up to 25% domestic and international travel as dictated by project needs
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, alongside a familiarity with Keynote and Pages
Inquisitive mindset with a proven ability to get up to speed on technical subjects quickly
The ideal candidate has:
Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with persistent attention to detail and comfort operating under a high degree of ambiguity
Confidence leading meetings, facilitating decisions, and documenting and responding to inquiries with speed and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse business partners
Highly collaborative mindset with strong emotional intelligence and business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise summaries for a range of audiences
Strong relationship-building skills at all levels, with a track record of influencing and driving alignment without direct authority
Proactive and highly organized work style, with the ability to anticipate issues and drive resolution
Ability to quickly synthesize information into clear, compelling presentations
