POS Technical Support Specialist II
North Hospitality- Remote
**One evening shift and one weekend shift per week required**

The POS Technical Support Specialist II is responsible for merchant hardware configuration and deployment, keeping track of inventory and related entries in database. Responsible for world-class service and escalating higher level merchant/deployment issues promptly.
What you'll be doing:
  • Focus on clients operating in Oracle Simphony and other POS systems to support technical questions for hardware, software or networking.
  • Fulfill incoming new or replacement hardware orders and configure hardware.
  • Route tickets and calls to the appropriate persons as needed.
  • Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps.
  • Perform filing of electronic documents and ensure stored information is accurate and complete.
  • Assist team members in tracking all inventory, including RMAs.

What we need from you:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years experience in call center support of Oracle Simphony.
  • 2+ years experience in technical customer service.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong general knowledge of computers.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Hourly Range: $20.00- $28.00
