Volkswagen of Garden Grove is looking for motivated Porters to add to our team!
We currently have Porter positions open & looking to hire as soon as possible!
We are open 7 days a week until 9:00 PM - scheduling is flexible
  • Responsibilities
  • Keep new & used vehicle lots in an orderly fashion by organizing and replenishing inventory
  • Perform inventory lot washes
  • Wash/detail customer vehicles & sold vehicles
  • Carry out merchandising efforts directed by managers
  • Maintains a clean, safe and presentable facility for employees and customers
  • Assist in dealer trades with other dealerships
  • Conduct weekly lot walks for damages noted on vehicles
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Reports to sales managers
  • All Porters are responsible for washing new, used, and service vehicles.
  • All Porters are responsible for filling up gas and turning a gas receipt to manager with Initials and Stock or Vin.
  • All Porters are most move vehicles off the drive once vehicle is tagged by advisor.
  • Look over Used Car lot and New Car lot and fill out cars from the top of roof. (Matching Color and Model)
  • Review lot and see if there is missing plates or issues with vehicles on the lot. Report if there is any damage to Manager.
  • Sweep and clean Sales area daily
