Job description

Job Summary
The Jim Falk Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Automotive Porter to join the team. This individual will be part of the dealership staff, and will help facilitate the success of the sales and service team and customers by organizing, parking and directing traffic of customer and company vehicles. The Automotive Porter will be expected to put in standard full-time hours and to remain punctual and organized while managing their workload.
Compensation & Benefits
The Automotive Porter will be compensated with a salary of $18 per hour, paid biweekly. This position will also include all applicable benefits and access to the company's employee discounts and resources.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Clean up and organize the dealership's lot, making sure that all vehicles are properly aligned and parked
โ€ข Greet customers and answer any inquiries they may have while they are testing out different cars
โ€ข Ensure that the vehicles are safe and in working order before customers take them out for a test drive
โ€ข Remain courteous and professional at all times and help provide a pleasant customer experience
Requirements
โ€ข High School Diploma or equivalent
โ€ข 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry and/or other related fields preferred
โ€ข Valid Driver's License and insurance acceptable driving abstract
โ€ข Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Ability to lift and carry objects up to 40 lbs.
