Auto World has been serving the Omaha Metro area for 38 year and now with two locations we are primed for growth! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO to lead our company to new heights. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about the automotive industry, has the knowledge and experience to grow our company, and possesses very strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations at both locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive inventory turnover and maximize profitability.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting to help us expand in the Omaha metro area and ensure the dealership meets its financial goals.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, and vehicle acquisition processes.
