The HOA Janitor / Porter plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the community. The HOA Janitor / Porter is responsible for routine janitorial services, exterior property upkeep, and physically demanding tasks that support day-to-day operations. Job Duties

  • Perform daily janitorial duties in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, and amenity spaces
  • Maintain exterior areas by collecting trash, sweeping walkways, cleaning parking areas, and removing debris
  • Conduct heavy lifting as required, including moving furniture, bulk items, supplies, and waste materials
  • Support property clean-up efforts after events, maintenance projects, or weather-related impacts
