Shifts Available: Day Shift 4:30am - 4:45pm | Night Shift 4:30pm - 4:45am | 2-2-3 Schedule

Starting Hourly Pay: $21/hour

Position Overview:

As a Machine Operator, you will operate production equipment while maintaining safety, quality, food-safety, and efficiency standards.


You will monitor production, adjust equipment, address minor issues, and work with your team to keep operations running smoothly.


In this role, you will:

  • Operate production and packaging equipment
  • Monitor performance and adjust machines
  • Complete quality and food-safety checks
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Follow GMP and sanitation procedures
  • Keep your work area clean and safe
  • Communicate during shift handoffs
  • Help meet daily production goals
  • Suggest safety, quality, and efficiency improvements


A Typical Day Might Include:

You will begin by reviewing production goals, equipment conditions, and shift priorities.


Throughout your shift, you will operate equipment, inspect products, complete quality checks, make adjustments, and respond to production needs.

  • Starting pay of $21.00/hour
  • Average annual earnings of $50,232
  • $0.50/hour raise after 90 days
  • Additional $0.50/hour raise after 6 months
  • $3.00/hour Night Shift Premium

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, and safety documents.
  • Basic math and computer/data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with focus on quality and accuracy.
