This is your opportunity to make a splash in a leadership role that ensures the safety, enjoyment, and smooth operation of our aquatic facilities.

Position Summary

As a Pool Supervisor, you'll oversee daily pool operations, lead a team of lifeguards and swim instructors, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all patrons. From managing chemical levels to facilitating programs and events, your leadership will help create a positive and professional aquatic experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise pool operations and ensure safety during all shifts
  • Monitor and adjust pool chemical levels
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and evaluations
  • Enforce safety protocols and facility rules
  • Lead conflict resolution and customer service efforts
  • Plan and support aquatic programs and special events
  • Perform lifeguard duties and swim instruction as needed

What You Bring
