Job description

Now Hiring
Your Summer Just Got an Upgrade
The Heritage Club is looking for a Pool Supervisor this season.
Teachers, coaches, school administrators — and anyone else who's looking for a seasonal leadership gig — we see you. You've spent the year leading, organizing, and keeping everything running smoothly. Why not put those same skills to work this summer at one of the area's most beautiful private country clubs?
Whether you're looking to make the most of your summer off or add a rewarding second gig, this is the kind of seasonal role that doesn't feel like work — because you'll actually enjoy being there.
Pool Supervisor
You'll be the go-to person keeping our pool operation running like clockwork — overseeing the team, making sure members have an exceptional experience, and handling the day-to-day so everything behind the scenes stays seamless.
  • Supervise and support pool attendants, servers, and bar staff
  • Oversee daily pool deck operations and member experience
  • Coordinate scheduling and staff assignments
  • Ensure club standards and policies are upheld
  • Be the friendly face members count on all season long
Why this role is a perfect summer fit:
✦ Seasonal schedule (spring–summer)
✦ Ideal for teachers & educators
✦ Great second job opportunity
✦ Private, upscale club environment
✦ Leadership role — not just a job
✦ Friendly, close-knit team culture
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have a knack for leading a team, staying organized when things get busy, and genuinely enjoy working with people. Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, recreation, or a supervisory role is a plus — but if you've managed a classroom, a team, or a busy household, you already have the skills that matter most.
Ready to lead the best team in town this summer?
We'd love to have you on deck.
