The Pool Food Service Window Worker is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service to guests at the poolside food service window. This role involves taking orders, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests courteously and take food and beverage orders accurately.
     
  • Prepare and serve simple food items, and beverages.
     
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep and service areas according to health and safety standards.
     
  • Restock food, condiments, and supplies as needed.
     
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and pool team members.
     
  • Follow all safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
     
  • Address guest questions, concerns, or complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
     
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
