Job Summary:

Located in Ocala, Florida, the Back of House team member at Mellow Mushroom has fun, gets to be themselves, and is passionate about taking care of our guests. The Back of House team member is responsible for preparing, grilling, and following standardized recipes. The back of house team member will be a functioning member of the kitchen team and will interact with both guests and staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepares and portions various menu items.
  • Understands the different cooking procedures and techniques for various menu items.
  • Keeps work areas safe, clean, and organized.
  • Adheres to food safety standards.
  • Collaborates with other staff to produce pizzas efficiently.
  • Monitors and restocks cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
