New employees must pass a POST Certified Dispatcher Basic Academy within one year of employment. Basic POST Dispatcher Certificate: 3.5% Intermediate POST Dispatcher Certificate: 4.5% Advanced POST Dispatcher Certificate: 6% Other differentials: Certified Training Officer differential: 5% Night differential: 5% Longevity Differentials - The District shall implement a five percent (5%) longevity differential for unit members that have ten (10) or more years' service with the Department. A unit member in an active monthly bargaining unit assignment who has reached the fourteenth (14th) anniversary of continuous monthly employment with the District, including service in restricted status positions, will be paid an annual lump sum anniversary stipend
