Who you are:
You're an organized leader with a passion for podcast. You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both creative and operational teams. You're known for anticipating risks, solving problems proactively, and keeping projects moving in fast-paced environments. You thrive working with ambiguity and nothing stops you from driving a project to completion. You're willing to put in additional time and effort, paying attention to details in order to provide the best results that will honor the church and God.
What you'll do:
  • Define scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery approach for podcast projects
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects remain on track and within approved financial parameters
  • Coordinate the end-to-end podcast production workflow, including guest coordination, recording schedules, content reviews, editing, approvals, publishing, and launch requirements
  • Lead project meetings by setting clear agendas, documenting key decisions assigning action items and ensuring next steps are communicated and followed through to completion
  • Partner closely with the Live Free team to maintain alignment throughout the production lifecycle
  • Identify project risks and issues early, and escalate conflicts with recommendations
  • Establish and maintain project management systems, workflows, templates, checklists, and production standards that improve efficiency
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet established creative, editorial, technical, and brand standards
  • Support post-project reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future product production processes

Skills & Experiences You've Had:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Project Management, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Experience managing projects within podcasting or creative production preferred
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, budgets, workflows, and production processes
