To make that happen, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist, an executor who can turn vision into measurable demand. 


This is a hands-on role designed for someone who loves execution, thrives on systems, and is hungry to grow a brand and a team!


Your Mission

To work collaboratively with the leader in the Design, execution, and scale of the marketing engine that drives predictable, qualified growth for the team. You’ll turn our brand, partnerships, and content into measurable revenue — crafting the stories, systems, and campaigns that make us impossible to ignore.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

What You’ll Build

Brand & Content Engine

  • Manage a content calendar across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and podcast channels.
  • Turn founder ideas and client stories into high-performing content.
  • Build our audience of high-income professionals, investors, and referral partners.
  • Collaborate with creative vendors and agencies as needed.

Partner & Event Activation

  • Drive growth of our realtor, advisor builder, and affinity partnership ecosystems.
  • Produce events and masterminds that turn partners into loyal advocates.
  • Build co-branded marketing assets and partner funnels.
  • Manage vendors and event setup
  • Execute at a high level on pre event and post event follow up

Systems & Analytics

  • Integrate everything into our CRM for clean attribution.
  • Implement automations (Zapier, AI tools) that eliminate manual work and scale output.

Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and attribution.
  • Experience owning campaigns, content, or paid media that drove measurable revenue.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Ability to act as a Project Manager for the Marketing team and execute at a high level.
  • Wicked multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Self-motivated and a problem solver who can bring new ideas to the table.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • You care deeply about quality, results, and team trust.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
