Clinic Pod Coordinator

Full Time-72 hours per pay period

Days worked could include Monday-Friday

& Saturday clinic rotation

Are you passionate about healthcare and enjoy working closely with a team to supportpatients and providers? Join us as a Pod Coordinator and help ensure the smooth dailyoperation of our clinic, providing critical support to our patients, staff, and providers.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate patient appointments, exams, referrals, and follow-ups

Assist patients through the clinic, ensuring they get the care they need

Support clinic nursing and providers with administrative and clerical tasks

Work with electronic health records to track patient care gaps and monitor qualityperformance

Help with population health initiatives by identifying patients due for wellness visits, tests, or preventive care
