Caron Transportation Systems USA is a bulk transportation company established in 2013 under the same ownership as Caron Transportation Systems located in Canada, which has been in the transportation industry for 75 years.

Our US operations are comprised of Bulk Dry and Liquid Logistics, primarily for the Oil & Gas Industry.
We are currently seeking a full-time POD Administrator for our San Angelo, TX terminal. The POD Administrator reports directly to the Administrative Manager and is responsible for verifying all point of delivery documents and completing the POD process accurately and efficiently. This role may also provide relief support to Dispatch on an as-needed basis.
Pay, Benefits, and Perks

Job Duties
  • Answers and assist with calls
  • Opens and closes office according to operating hours; ensures reception duties are covered when away from desk and/or not in the office (phones, walk-ins etc.)
  • Audits previous day Trip Records, Bill of Lading, and Axon data to ensure accuracy; marks Trip Records as complete after review
  • Processes load to coincide with driver and owner operator pay; billing and verifies accuracy as needed
  • Assists in the reviewing invoices and ensures appropriate Axon updates for Shop Inventory and work orders
  • Performs administrative audits as required
  • Supports shop administrative duties as required
  • Performs general office duties such as photocopying, filing, ordering and restocking of general office supplies, including trip reports, photocopy paper, log books, etc.
  • Maintains general appearance and cleanliness of office.
  • Participates in all safety-related programs and education
  • Performs assigned tasks in accordance with quality and production standards required by Caron Transport and the industry as a whole
  • Performs all other duties as required.
