  • Doctorate degree
  • Valid Medical Doctor (MD) certification/license in Texas (TX)
  • Any of the following licenses/certifications:
    • Valid Board Eligible
    • Valid Board Certified
    • Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
  • 3+ years of experience in any of the following:
    • Home Care
    • Geriatric/LTC
    • Urgent Care
    • Chronic Illnesses
  • Are you comfortable traveling out in the field to treat patients in their homes?
  • Have you previously applied or interviewed with Harmony Cares or US Medical Management?
  • Are you a US Citizen?
Preferred:
  • EMR experience
  • Please share your experience working in a home health environment, along with your experience treating patients with chronic illnesses.
Overview:
Required skills and experience:

We are seeking Physicians who desire the opportunity and experience of delivering quality and compassionate healthcare - within proven care models to elderly individuals and those with complex medical issues, who are at the forefront of everything we do.

Additional job details:
  • Physician will be treating patients in their homes or assisted living with an assigned Certified Medical Assistant.
  • Physician will see anywhere from 5-7 patients per day (travel radius is up to 60 miles)
Schedule:
  • M-F operation (8-5pm) --no weekends or holidays --Some on-call
  • Physician will usually start the day off at home and then go with partnering MA out in the field to treat patients
