Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking an Engagement Manager / Delivery Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple scrum teams. The role involves managing dependencies, risks, and impediments while ensuring alignment between onshore and offshore teams.
Responsibilities:
• Primarily responsible for Delivery of more than one scrum team (Delivery POD).
• Assist tracking for capabilities/features for Delivery POD using Azure DevOps.
• Risk/dependencies/impediments management at Delivery POD.
• Ensure the alignment between BSAs & Architects at onshore and offshore level for Delivery POD.
• Help to drive the lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle.
• Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• Produce and maintain Delivery POD Metrics.
• Ensure Scrum teams to follow processes in place for ART.
• Should have complete understanding of Scrum team's progress, delivery timelines, Impediments, Dependencies and Needs.
• Facilitate between specialist teams and dependency teams to unblock Delivery POD.
• EM might also be allocated to manage a COAT'S Product, they will be responsible for coordinating with vendor and managing deliverables and integrations.
