Job Description:

As an AI Functional team member in Crowe's Consulting Practice, your role will focus on helping clients explore and adopt Generative AI solutions that enhance operational performance, elevate customer and employee experiences, and improve data-driven decision-making. You will define, shape, and support the implementation of AI-driven business and technology solutions by analyzing client processes, goals, and data in the context of leading practices and evolving AI capabilities. Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions to define project objectives and uncover AI use cases.

  • Collaborating with clients to assess the feasibility of AI initiatives, guiding prioritization and alignment with strategic outcomes.

  • Contributing to user stories, requirements analysis, testing plans, and documentation to support efficient collaboration between functional and technical teams.

  • Supporting proof-of-concept efforts, data exploration, and solution viability testing to validate assumptions and refine approaches.

  • Assisting in project planning, including effort estimation, resource coordination, and timeline tracking, while communicating updates and risks to stakeholders.

  • Acting as a liaison to ensure clear translation of business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

  • Enhancing internal methodologies and tools for AI delivery and client engagement.

  • Delivering internal and client training on GenAI capabilities and use cases.

  • Continuously expanding knowledge of the AI landscape, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applications across industries.

  • Understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly AI and Power Platform.

  • Solid understanding of product and software development lifecycles.

  • Proven ability to document business, functional, and non-functional requirements that are clear, testable, and traceable.

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset focused on aligning AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, AI Ops, and SDLC practices.

  • Experience with Azure AI, Cognitive Services, and tools such as Enterprise ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Studio.

  • Competence in prompt engineering and DevOps within the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • Skilled in producing client-facing documentation and technical deliverables.

  • Proficiency with a range of analysis techniques (e.g., user stories, data/process models, prototypes).

  • Comfortable in a professional services environment, eager to explore new tools and techniques.

  • Actively engaged in AI learning, reading technical papers, experimenting with tools, and contributing knowledge through cross-training, talks, or documentation.

  • You want to stay fresh in AI. You aren't afraid to take a stab at Large Language Model papers before they become blog posts (even if you don't have experience in it quite yet) or try out the latest tools. You're probably subscribed to several newsletters or podcasts about AI topics.
