Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient solution engineer, with prior experience in mobile development, to join our team. In this role, you will be at the intersection of technology and customer engagement, driving the development and integration of our cutting-edge indoor location solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and ensure seamless customer experiences. You will be helping us build outstanding and delightful indoor navigation experiences for people around the world.


You will be dedicated to work with one of our major customers, fully supporting his development processes, deeply understanding its needs and use cases and functioning as a bridge between him and Oriient teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide support during complex integration processes with Oriient mobile SDK (iOS and Android) and services. Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Help customers architect their apps and flows to gain the most out of Oriient technologies.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and customers to facilitate product adoption.
  • Work closely with our R&D teams (mainly mobile) to understand and integrate new capabilities and fixes into existing customers' integrations.
  • Frequently interact with strategic customers and customer-facing team members to gain a deep understanding of their needs, opportunities, and pain points.
  • Be available to customers onsite, be a native part of the customer team, join customer meetings and have a close relationship and familiarity with customer roadmap and plans.



Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Technical Background: Strong technical background, preferably with experience as a mobile developer or experience with mobile SDKs
  • Customer-facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage and support customers through complex integration processes. Experience in customer-facing positions is an advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and technical knowledge, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Great understanding of data and how to interpret it to improve products.
  • Documentation and Communication: Experience in creating detailed integration guides and documentation. Fluent in English, both verbal and writing.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Proven ability to take the initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
