About the Job
Direct Impact Logistics is looking for an Owner-Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Team for furniture delivery routes with basic assembly and drop off service.
Average Weekly Gross: $3-4,000 / Week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform timely and accurate furniture deliveries, including in-home assembly and installation.
  • Properly select and use basic hand tools to assemble and install furniture.
  • Adjust, assemble, and install a variety of furniture items according to manufacturer and company standards.
  • Safely load and unload furniture while providing a professional in-home White Glove delivery experience.
  • scheduled 2-day delivery routes & 1 Day routes.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout each delivery.
Requirements:
  • 26-foot box truck with lift gate.
  • Provide a two-person delivery team.
  • Must have a complete personal set of tools required for furniture assembly and installation.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Driver must have an active MC and DOT number registered with FMCSA.
  • Previous professional experience in furniture delivery, assembly, installation, or a willingness to learn the trade.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload furniture throughout the delivery process.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining White Glove service standards.
