Schedule
  • Tuesday & Thursday: Split schedule, 7:30-9:30 a.m. and 1:30-8:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 12-9 p.m.
Compensation

$30-35 per hour based on experience

You are someone who can manage and calm the afternoon chaos! The afternoon (2-8 p.m. window) is the most critical time for family support where we need the most help. You are someone who is comfortable in the kitchen and can manage meal prep, along with evening drop offs and pick ups as needed. You are someone who is detail oriented and can help keep up with daily tidying and all laundry for the family. Ideally, we are looking for an individual who thrives in a busy environment and can be someone we depend on to make our evenings easier and keep our home more organized.

Key ResponsibilitiesFamily Support & Child Assistance
  • Manage pick-ups and drop-offs for school, sports practices and activities
  • Prepare backpacks, sports bags, lunchboxes, and water bottles
  • Reset sports equipment and organize closets after practice
  • Assist with coordination of complex sports schedules involving multiple locations
  • Manage school drop-offs twice a week
Meal Planning Prep & Support
  • Prepare healthy, balanced, protein-forward dinners ready by 3:30 p.m. (Tuesday-Thursday)
  • Simple, fresh meals such as chicken, tacos, and pasta
  • Pack school lunches daily in bento boxes for the following day
  • Assist with grocery lists and unpack deliveries
  • Kitchen clean-up and maintenance after meals
Laundry & Linens
  • Complete ownership of family laundry system
  • Wash, fold, and organize clothing for two girls who share similar wardrobes
  • Rotate linens and towels weekly
  • Maintain tidy and well-stocked laundry areas
Household Organization & Maintenance
  • Daily resets including making beds, cleaning up breakfast, and unloading dishwasher
  • Light tidying: dishes, surfaces (including bathroom counters), and vacuuming high-traffic areas
  • Prepare home for biweekly cleaning service
  • Take out trash and maintain overall household order
  • Vacuum cat hair from furniture several times weekly
  • Scoop litter box daily
Administrative Support
  • Manage and update household Skylight calendar
