Furniture Delivery Driver / Mover

Furniture Distributors | Havelock, NC
Full-Time | $13.00 to $15.00/hour + Tips | Benefits Available

Join Our Delivery Team

Furniture Distributors is hiring a dependable and hardworking Furniture Delivery Driver / Mover to join our team in Havelock, NC.

This is an active, hands-on position for someone who enjoys being on the move, working with a team, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll help deliver, unload, assemble, and set up furniture in customers’ homes while representing our company with professionalism and care.

What You'll Do

• Drive company delivery vehicles to customer locations throughout Havelock, NC and surrounding areas
• Safely load, unload, and transport furniture
• Deliver and set up sofas, mattresses, bedroom furniture, dining sets, and other home furnishings
• Assemble furniture and ensure proper placement in customers’ homes
• Protect customers’ homes and merchandise during delivery and setup
• Provide friendly, professional service during every customer interaction
• Work with a delivery partner to safely move large and heavy items
• Receive incoming freight and assist with warehouse operations
• Help with showroom moves, furniture organization, and setup as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and punctual team members who take pride in their work
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving company vehicles and completing local deliveries
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture throughout the workday
• Professional and respectful when working inside customers’ homes
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to help wherever needed
• Available to work Saturdays
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Previous experience in furniture delivery, moving, warehouse operations, appliance delivery, construction, assembly, landscaping, or other physically demanding jobs is a plus. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8 to 10 hour shifts
• Saturdays required
• Sundays off
• Home every day

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $13.00 to $15.00/hour + Tips
