Job description

At ALLO, we're looking for new Account Executives to support our accelerated growth, we are expanding rapidly! Account Executives help us sell our innovative Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT Services to new and existing customers.
Account Executives are responsible for prospecting for and selling new accounts and providing ongoing support to their base of sold accounts. Compensation for this position is commission based and consists of an upfront amount upon installation and a residual percentage of monthly recurring revenue.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop prospect lists of potential accounts
  • Cold-call to generate opportunities to pursue
  • Manage opportunities through to signed paperwork, including the development of proposals
  • Submit accurate information to the operations team that details how sold accounts are to be provisioned
  • Participate in customer turn-up and lead customer training
  • Respond to requests from existing accounts as needed
  • Upsell existing account base
  • Re-term existing accounts prior to their contract expiration date
  • Network within the business community to reach prospects

EDUCATION:

  • College degree or relevant experience


EXPERIENCE:

  • Two years of MSP or consultative sales experience


COMPETENCIES - SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

  • Prospecting
  • Strong oral and written communications
  • Ability to close deals
  • Understanding of telecommunications services
  • Ability to work independently


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Remain upright on feet for extended period
  • Remain stationary for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate information
  • Ability to operate a computer
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Travel up to 25%
