The Regional Player Development Executive is responsible for the customer service, retention, and acquisition of new gaming business to Live! Casino & Hotel. The primary responsibility will be to drive new VIP gaming business with a secondary responsibility of reactivating dormant VIP accounts. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Live! Casino & Hotel policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and all state gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Grows actual revenues annually, consistent with property plan, and cross property goals.
  • Actively develops and maintains guest loyalty and incremental visitation through personal contact such as on-property hosting, off-property entertaining, telemarketing, direct mail, and email using available services and promotional opportunities.
  • Ability to issue complimentary with expectation to manage player profitability within parameters of approved comp matrix.
  • Uses player tracking systems to analyze player gaming data and develop/execute strategies to drive incremental visitation.
  • Identifies and cultivates new table games player business at Live! Casino & Hotel.
  • Process player reservations and bookings ensures confirmation and smooth service when assigned guests visit property.
  • Records player preferences, needs, hotel amenity, gaming requests and communicates them proactively to the respective partner departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
  • Demonstrates excellent understanding and communication of all marketing activities, events, promotions and tier benefits for the Live! Rewards loyalty program.
  • Regularly reviews the Marketing Calendar with Executive Director/Vice President of Relationship Marketing to explore additional opportunities to drive new and inactive business.
  • Stays current with market competitor promotional/event activities and capitalizes on opportunities to counter and drive business to Live! Casino & Hotel.
  • Responds to player concerns and complaints, communicating to the appropriate parties and issuing service recovery where applicable.
  • Prepares status reports regularly (and at request of leadership) to detail prospective opportunities, log of tasks completed, networking opportunities, booking, etc.
  • Other related duties as necessary and/or assigned.
Skills to Help You Succeed:
  • Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
  • Knowledge of Player Tracking System, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and front-end user knowledge of telemarketing (CRM) systems.
  • Knowledge of all gaming regulations. Ability to recognize problem gaming signs and deal with them appropriately.
  • Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.
Educational Requirements Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing or Player Development in the gaming industry.
  • 4 year degree in a related field of equivalent work experience.
  • You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
  • Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
