As a Player Development Executive, you'll play a key role in growing and strengthening relationships with our VIP player base. You'll drive net revenue through proactive sales strategies while delivering a high-touch experience that builds engagement and long-term loyalty. Working across teams, you'll use customer insights and performance data to identify opportunities and deliver the signature VIP experience our players expect.

What you'll do as a Player Development Executive
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with premier players by delivering personalized service that builds engagement and loyalty.

  • Drive key VIP sales metrics that contribute to customer engagement, market share, and net revenue growth.

  • Use customer and performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and maximize player performance.

  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance the VIP experience.

  • Follow all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming requirements.

  • Manage customer escalations in partnership with internal teams, driving timely and effective resolutions.

What you'll bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or at least 5 years of experience in the gaming, hospitality, sales, or marketing industry.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,400.00 USD - 110,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
