Job description


We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Marketing Team in Maryland, USA.
Preferred Industry: Engineering (AEC)
Experience: 2-4 years in B2B sales & customer relations. Must be a champion in closing deals.
Skills: Business development, Lead generation, Excellent English communication skills, Client relationship management, Market analysis, Project management, Sales, Negotiation.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Point of Contact to clients during the pre-sales phase.
  • Conduct market research and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
  • Review purchase orders, sales contracts, and other agreements from clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and innovations in the AEC industry.
  • Identify BIM service needs within the AEC market.

Requirements
  • B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineering, or Architectural degree will be an add-on
  • BIM/CAD domain sales experience is preferred
  • At least 2 years experience in acquiring new customers
  • Should be willing to travel to attend client meetings and conferences.
  • Should be target-driven, proactive, and a team player.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time on-site job. Only candidates willing to relocate/ commute to our Rockville, MD office are encouraged to apply.
