Job Description Job Title: Electroplating Lead Location: Kyle, TX Job Summary: The Electroplating Lead will ensure that all processes are executed efficiently, safely, and according to the company's quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in electro-plating processes, and the ability to drive process improvements while maintaining high safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operations of the electroplating department, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

- Lead, mentor, and train the electro-plating team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. - Develop, implement, and monitor plating processes to optimize efficiency and minimize waste. - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.

- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. - Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and equipment maintenance. - Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to manage inventory levels of plating materials and chemicals.

- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all plating equipment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plating processes and reduce costs. - Prepare and present reports on department performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.

Qualifications: - Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field. Work experience will be considered. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in electroplating or a similar manufacturing environment, - In-depth knowledge of electro-plating processes, techniques, and equipment in chrome.

Zn, phosphate or Ni/Cu. - Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to electroplating operations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions: - The role requires working in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to chemicals and hazardous materials. - Requires standing, walking, and lifting materials and equipment.
