  • Set up and operate the wave solder machine. Wave operator will inspect for correct thru hole placement before placing PCB's into a wave soldering fixture before loading it into the machine. Inspect soldered PCB's for defects when it comes out of the machine and remove it from the wave soldering fixture and place PCB on a rack. I have included a video - I would just watch up to 51 seconds of it. After it comes out of the wave machine, its just one person inspecting (not an assembly line) But I wanted to give you a visual of how Thru Hole and Wave work closely together. Someone that has machine operator experience is what Jose is looking for (Even if its plastics industry). This position requires standing the entire shift. The climate around the wave machine tends to be warmer.
