What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll help keep our production lines running efficiently by operating and monitoring automated manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards
- Verify parts and materials used during production
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks
- Complete production records, checklists, and documentation
- Identify and communicate quality or equipment concerns
- Assist technicians and team members as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support continuous production goals and team success
Equipment You May Work With:
- Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment
- Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment
- Wave Solder equipment
- Conformal Coating equipment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Perform repetitive hand movements
- Work with small electronic components and fine details
- Lift up to 40 pounds regularly
