Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Anodizing/Electroplating Technicians to join our Metal Finishing team. This role is responsible for processing metal components through various anodizing and electroplating operations while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a metal finishing environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and support anodizing and electroplating production processes.

  • Process, rack, and un-rack parts for finishing operations.

  • Perform surface finishing treatments, including anodizing, plating, and related metal finishing procedures.

  • Follow work instructions, process specifications, and quality standards.

  • Inspect parts throughout the production process to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

  • Work additional hours when production demands require.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an electroplating, anodizing, or metal finishing environment.

  • Ability to read and understand written instructions and technical documentation in English.

  • Basic math skills.

  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
