We are currently seeking a Machine Operator for our Clinton, Tennessee facility. This position will be on 3rd shift which is 11:00PM-7:30AM, Sunday through Thursday. Pay rate is depending on experience. We also offer shift differential which is an additional $1.50 per hour for hours worked on 3rd shift.

Job Purpose:
Operate all key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds for unique and specialty customer applications. Works safely to protect themselves, their coworkers, and the facility by following all standard operating procedures. Engaged in process measurement, control, and improvement in all aspects of their assigned tasks. Learns and understands key operating parameters which ensure that only in specification and high-quality product is delivered to our customers.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Two years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Extrusion experience is highly desired.
  • Ability to lift 55lbs. frequently.
  • Ability to learn the functionality of plant equipment.

Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of running an extruder or mixing equipment.
  • Ability to learn pre and postproduction equipment and operations (drying, bagging, grinding etc.)
  • General mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot problems
