Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Help in the assembly of interior doors to supply Clayton Home Building facilities.
  • Feed door frame parts through a glue machine
  • Lay door frame parts on door panel and set top panel in place
  • Prepare work station by organizing materials by customer order
  • Operate machines in trim, machining, and painting process of interior door assembly.
  • Move to different departments to assist when short staffed
  • Work in team environment to meet production needs and conform to quality standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be willing to work 2nd sift hours, 2:00 p.m-10:30 p.m.
  • Stable work history with at least 1 year at all previous employers
  • Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
  • Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50lbs, as well as other physical duties as needed.
  • You must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members
