Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Systems Administrator with a strong background in CRM managementโspecifically HubSpot and Salesforceโto join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines a deep understanding of IT systems with a background in accounting and computer science, and who has hands-on experience tracking and reporting SaaS business metrics.
Location: Remote in select US states and San Jose, Costa Rica.
Hours: Available to work core hours aligned with the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones
