Job Summary:
Planhat is a customer platform built to acquire, service, and grow lifelong customers. The Technical Deployment Specialist will work with clients across various industries to implement and optimize the Planhat platform, ensuring they derive maximum value from the software.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Work with sales to build a POC for the C-suite at an EduTech company, teasing the most insightful metrics dashboard they've ever seen
โ€ข Help a FinTech startup struggling with data across many systems sync their data seamlessly into Planhat
โ€ข Take a PropTech company's key processes from spreadsheets and forms into Planhat, not only designing automation steps, but also flagging churn risk and identifying growth opportunities
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Business acumen coupled with technical aptitude (especially automation and AI)
โ€ข Ability to read a P&L statement
โ€ข Experience programming (e.g., 'hello world')
โ€ข Ability to translate business requirements into results
โ€ข Self-starter with a passion for learning and curiosity
โ€ข Ability to quickly understand peopleโ€™s objectives and figure out efficient technical implementations
โ€ข Technical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data migrations, customer objectives, and deadlines
โ€ข Strong commercial/consulting credentials
