Marco’s Pizza is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who ensures excellent customer service, maximizes profitability, and maintains a positive team environment. Responsibilities:
Operations & Leadership:
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
  • Maintain Marco’s Pizza standards for food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and labor to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
Team Management & Development:
  • Hire, train, and develop employees to create a high-performing team.
  • Schedule and delegate tasks to optimize productivity and service.
  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns proactively.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
Customer Service & Sales Growth:
  • Ensure every customer has an outstanding experience by leading by example.
