Job description

Prime Pizza is looking for hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Pizza Cooks to join our team. Our Pizza Cooks are at the center of what we do. This role is responsible for preparing and cooking our 18” New York-style pizzas with consistency, care, and urgency. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality, and can stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen.

About the Role

As a Pizza Cook, you will support the daily flow of the kitchen by hand-stretching dough, building pizzas to Prime standards, operating ovens, maintaining product quality, and helping keep the cook line clean, organized, and ready for service.

You will work closely with the kitchen team and management to make sure orders are prepared accurately, safely, and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Hand-stretch dough and prepare 18” New York-style pizzas
  • Build pizzas according to Prime Pizza recipes and quality standards
  • Operate ovens and cook pizzas to the correct doneness
  • Work clean, organized, and efficiently during busy shifts
  • Keep the pizza station stocked, clean, and ready for service
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
  • Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas
  • Communicate with managers and team members about any issues or concerns
  • Support the kitchen team with prep, service, and closing duties as needed
  • Help keep orders moving with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail
