Job description

We are a family-owned business that has been serving our community for over 25 years. We Love our business, our community and our team members we are seeking an Assistant General Manager that will share in the same passion and lead our group of dedicated and hard working people.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Supervise team of restaurant workers
  • Maintain inventory levels, placing orders and managing supplies
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in pizza operations, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service to all of our guests.
  • Must be self motivated and energetic
  • Must be available to work weekends and evenings
  • Must have a friendly, outgoing demeanor with excellent communicational skills.

Experience:

  • Pizza Management, Pizza Delivery (a plus)
  • P.O.S. system experience
  • Dealing with children (birthday parties etc.)

Company Description

Bob & Tracy started My Buddies Pizza in September of 1991, after 30 years they decided to slow things down and sold their beloved My Buddies Pizza to an investment group that fell in love with what they had built. The new owners are committed to continuing to serve the local community by staying true to “Making the best pizza around using high quality ingredients with no skimping”. The new owners want to ensure that the loyal customers that Bob and Tracy served for so many years see very little difference in what they have grown to enjoy and appreciate. We continue to deliver pizzas within approximately 10-12 miles in most any direction from our shop. We firmly believe in supporting our community through many different avenues. We hold a lot of fundraisers and give back to the community in a variety of ways. We are striving to continue to run My Buddies as a family-run Christian-based restaurant whose goal is to provide a fun family atmosphere.
