Job description

We are seeking an experienced PIP & New Build Manager to oversee the Property Improvement Plans (PIP) and new construction projects across multiple hotel properties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with multiple franchises and will be responsible for ensuring that all PIPs are executed correctly and on schedule, managing old inventory, and making sure all necessary orders and supplies are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute PIP projects across multiple hotels, ensuring all franchise standards are met.
  • Oversee new hotel builds, coordinating between contractors, suppliers, and franchise guidelines.
  • Inventory management: Track old inventory, ensure proper use, and update systems as needed.
  • Order, track, and verify that all materials and supplies for PIP projects are accounted for and available on time.
  • Ensure compliance with franchise-specific guidelines for both PIP and new build projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and franchise reps to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Organize all project details in Excel or other formats, ensuring higher management has easy access to review updates.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing PIP projects and hotel new builds across multiple properties.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple hotel franchises and their specific requirements.
  • Experience in inventory management and procurement for hotel renovation projects.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously.
