Job description

Deposit Operations Support Specialist

Every day you will provide support to branch personnel and back-end processes. You will work with daily reports, note exceptions, and communicate back to the branch or call center and partnering with Fiserv on dispute processing and chargebacks. This role consists of reviewing documentation, processing account verifications, auto-transfer and over draft files, charge-offs, recoveries and savings bonds while maintaining confidentiality.
