Job Summary:
Our Customer Service Representatives work closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction. Please note that this is an in-office position and remote work is not an option at this time.
Responsibility Overview:
  • Provide service to customers in our office, over the telephone, and by email.
  • Help the customer by identifying their requirements and providing the services and products that best meet their needs.
  • Show expertise by communicating with the customer about our products, services, and capabilities.
  • Ensure that all their requirements are met for their unique projects.

Skills we are looking for:
  • A positive, very detailed oriented people pleaser
  • A willingness to be proactive and take action
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong computer skills
