In collaboration with physician leaders and multidisciplinary teams, this role ensures seamless execution of complex, multi-day patient itineraries and an exceptional end-to-end experience.
The Manager oversees core program operations across scheduling, nursing workflows, and support services, while partnering with access, marketing, and digital teams to support program growth and experience design. This role drives performance through data-informed operations, workflow standardization, and continuous improvement across both clinical and hospitality-integrated models, with a focus on advancing AI-enabled and automated solutions to enhance efficiency, access, and care team experience. Parking and Transportation

This role will support the Northwest Community Clinic, the Primary Care Procedure Practice, the Primary Care Integrated Community Specialists and other assignments within Primary Care. The Manager position in the Transplant Center provides administrative partnership to center leadership, consulting staff and allied health teams. The Manager provides primary partnership to Heart, Lung, Bone Marrow, and Vascularized Composite Transplant Programs and the medical, surgical, adult/pediatric MD medical directors for each. Role scope is inpatient, outpatient, surgical, medical, and enterprise focused, and requires close partnership and collaboration with CV Surgery, Cardiology, Pulmonary, Hematology, and Reconstructive Surgery leadership teams and practices. This position assures excellence in clinical operations and leads initiatives for process improvement and regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, business development, practice optimization, and strategic innovation - all in alignment with the Bold. The Transplant Center performs over 1000 solid organ and bone marrow transplants per year and operates through a fully multidisciplinary approach. The Manager serves on the Transplant Specialty Council Practice Committee, actively participates in enterprise convergence initiatives, and leads at least on enterprise workgroup.

The Manager in the Department of Dermatology has primary responsibility for surgical and laboratory operations within a complex practice that spans Clinical, Surgical, and Laboratory divisions. The manager will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic initiatives to grow the procedural and cancer practices. Administrative responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams to execute on strategic priorities and quality improvement initiatives, staff development, managing change, and managing space and equipment projects.
Cardiovascular Medicine
The Manager in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine can support the outpatient practice, testing, procedures or inpatient practices. This role partners closely with physician and allied health leaders to oversee daily operations of the practice. Key aspects of this role will include leading practice improvement initiatives, driving standardization efforts, and piloting new concepts, innovation, and automation to redesign the practice. The Manager will work on developing and implementing strategic initiatives and solutions in collaboration with many stakeholders throughout the outpatient and hospital practices. Administrative responsibilities also include but are not limited to staff development, quality improvement, change management, and supply and equipment strategies.
