Job description

A medical center in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking a Senior Director, Physician Services to lead and oversee physician practice operations at the senior level. This is a primarily on-site role requiring regular in-person presence at a designated location, with up to 20% travel within the service area. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

The Senior Director, Physician Services will manage and direct physician practices across the organization, providing strategic oversight of all practice operations. The role involves occasional travel to outreach locations, generally within a 50-mile radius of the primary facility. Partial relocation assistance is available for candidates who do not currently reside in the Las Cruces area.
