Exercise Specialist/Physical Therapy Technician Tasks:
  • Support Therapists: Assist in setting up and monitoring daily exercise treatments based on the therapist’s plan of care.
  • Equipment Setup: Learn to set up and assist patients on a variety of equipment, including machine weights and aerobic conditioning devices, all as part of personalized treatment plans.
  • Data Entry amp; Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, marketing materials, and patient information.
  • Clinic Cleanliness amp; Organization: Keep the therapy area tidy, follow cleaning protocols, and take the initiative to organize when patient assistance is not required.
  • Customer Service: Answer phones, take referrals, pre-authorize visits, and provide additional support with front desk or billing duties as needed.
