Position Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their functional goals and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing skilled care, education, encouragement, and support while fostering a positive and motivating treatment environment.

Responsibilities
  • ย Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.ย 
  • ย Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall wellness.ย 
  • ย Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.ย 
  • ย Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to achieve optimal outcomes.ย 
  • ย Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.ย 
  • ย Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.ย 
  • ย Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment.ย 
  • ย Foster a positive patient experience through exceptional communication, encouragement, and compassionate care.ย 
Qualifications
  • ย Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
  • ย Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.ย 
  • ย Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.ย 
  • ย Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.ย
