Key Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborate with senior designers to develop innovative and highly detailed interior design spaces
  • Assist in the preparation of design presentations
  • Conduct research on industry trends, materials, and finishes
  • Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing presentation materials
  • Create detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Support the procurement process by sourcing and selecting materials and furnishings
  • Assist in the coordination of project installations and site visits
Candidate Qualifications & Skills
Required:
  • Currently pursuing or finishing pursuing a degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • A creative, motivated, fearless and curious design approach
  • A passion for architecture, interior design and the built environment
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and take direction from senior designers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Location: This opportunity is an in-person internship program within our Broadway Studio in New York. On this occasion we can only consider applications from those fully authorized to work in the U.S.
Contract: Internship
Salary: $25 USD/hour
Application: Please submit a resume and portfolio demonstrating your experience as an interior or architectural designer. A cover letter may also be submitted in addition. Due to the clear design experience required for this role applications without portfolios cannot be considered.
