About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced team environment. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of hands-on industry experience in electrical design, excluding internships or part-time work. A degree is not required for this position.

Every project is custom-designed, offering an opportunity to work on unique systems rather than repetitive or template-based designs. The team values collaboration, innovation, and open communication, where every team member's input is recognized and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design customized electrical systems and schematics

Create and modify electrical drawings using SolidWorks Electrical and AutoCAD Electrical

Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver accurate and efficient designs

Ensure designs comply with commercial electrical codes and installation standards

Support project execution through detailed documentation and design updates

Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of professional electrical design experience (excluding internships/part-time roles)

Proficiency in SolidWorks Electrical

Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with commercial electrical code, installation processes, and industry standards

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
