We are looking to add a Phone Operator to our team. Someone who possesses strong people skills, is comfortable multitasking, and has a knack for recalling information shared. Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls using the phone routing system
  • Routing calls to appropriate staff
  • Taking and routing messages on a timely basis
  • Responsible for ensuring phone system is working properly and is set appropriately for after hours
  • Responsible for troubleshooting any phone system issues
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
  • Previous phone experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must possess the desire to see things through to completion and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction/quality of service
